Lavender Graduation is an annual graduation ceremony conducted at universities to honor LGBTQ+ students and acknowledge their accomplishments and contributions.
The ceremony was created by Ronni Sanlo, a lesbian keynote speaker in LGBTQ+ communities, and is hosted by the University of Arizona Health Sciences LGBTQ+ Interest Group.

With JAMES STOVER | MEDICAID PLAN PRESIDENT | Arizona Complete Health–Complete Care Plan
James has over 20 years of Medicaid managed care experience having served as CEO of the University of Arizona Health Plan (Banner University Family Care) prior to joining Centene in 2017. James is responsible for the health care of 200,000 Medicaid and Medicare Dual Eligible members, including those with members with a serious mental illness and crisis services in Southern Arizona. James has expertise in the full range of managed care, including Network Management, Contracting, Operations and Compliance. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. James is a native Arizonian from Ajo, moving to Tucson pre-high school. He serves on the Board of Directors for Sun Corridor, a Tucson economic development organization and Special Olympics of Arizona.
