This session with Leila Barraza, JD, MPH and Elizabeth Hall-Lipsy, JD, MPH will address the legal barriers to healthcare for LGBTQ patients. We’ll discuss how healthcare providers can be advocates for ensuring LGBTQ patients receive the care they need and what impact conscience clauses have on the delivery of timely, high quality care.
