The UAHS formed three advisory councils, representing students, faculty and staff, respectively.

Each Diversity Advisory Council works to:
- identify strategies, tactics and priorities for improving diversity and inclusion at UAHS
- assist in determining how to integrate diversity, broadly defined, into everything we do at UAHS
- provide a line of communication between students, faculty, staff and administration
- support development and implementation of programs related to diversity that enhance the UAHS experience for all
